Integrations
Integrations: your ERP, ICEGATE and banks, reviewed before they post
Every route into the workspace goes through the same checks as a typed entry, and every posting is attributed to the person who approved it.
No card needed.
ERP connectors (Enterprise)
- Eight ERPs: Tally Prime, Zoho Books, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo and QuickBooks Online.
- Only the foreign side comes in: each connection decides by transaction type, by bank account (foreign, domestic, or a current account carrying both, tested entry by entry) and by remittance words and purpose codes in the narration.
- A reason on every item: kept items carry the reason they were kept; filtered ones are listed on the connection with a Bring in override.
- A review queue: invoices, bank entries and parties land in a queue and post only when a member approves them.
Banks and government
- Your bank's API, on your credentials: live rates and deals, payment requests and outstanding lists where the bank publishes them; a connection is live only after its test reaches the bank.
- DGFT's eBRC API: on Growth and above with the Export or Services module, with your own credential from the DGFT portal.
- ICEGATE and customs documents: Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills from ICEGATE data, or read from the PDF, opened in the real form for review. Reading a document sends it to the AI provider's cloud outside India, as the upload window says.
Files
- MT940 statements: your AD bank's .sta or .940 file, every :61: line parsed, matched to a purpose code and staged.
- Excel in, Excel out: registers imported from .xlsx or .csv templates, or from your own file mapped once; any register exported to .xlsx for your auditor.
- Files by email: statements, spreadsheets and Bill of Entry or Shipping Bill copies mailed to your workspace's address, each opened in its importer.
- API (Enterprise): your own systems read registers and post staged records.
