- Cancel from My Account at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or a payment was taken in error.
- Nothing is shipped: FxLayer is software used in the browser.
1 Plans and payment
Plans and add-ons are bought in My Account › Plan & billing. An annual plan is paid as a single order; a monthly plan is an autopay mandate that renews each month. Both are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST; the 18% GST and the total are shown before you pay, and a GST invoice is issued for every charge. The plan or add-on switches on as soon as the payment succeeds.
2 Cancelling
Cancel a plan or an add-on from My Account › Plan & billing at any time. A monthly plan runs to the end of the paid month and does not renew; an annual plan runs to the end of the paid year. A halted or failed autopay mandate ends the plan at the end of the period already paid. Your registers remain exportable throughout.
3 Refunds
As Section 5 of the Terms of use says, fees paid are non-refundable, including where you downgrade, suspend or cancel before the end of a paid billing cycle, save as the law requires. A payment taken in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after a cancellation took effect — is refunded in full to the same instrument within seven working days of your writing to sales@fxlayerhq.com with the invoice number.
4 Your data after the plan ends
When a paid plan ends the workspace returns to free-tier functionality and your records stay readable and exportable. A free workspace that does not move to a plan within sixty days of its creation has its register data removed, as the Terms say; account sign-in is kept so a plan can be requested later.
5 Nothing is shipped
FxLayer is software used in the browser. No physical goods are delivered, so there is no shipping or delivery policy beyond this line.
