- We hold your account details, your company identifiers and the trade records you bring in — nothing else.
- They are used to run the service, bill you and meet the law; never sold, never used for advertising.
- Trade records are kept for eight years, the period FEMA and income-tax rules expect; the rest goes when you ask us to close your account.
- You can see, correct, erase or export your data, withdraw a consent, and complain to the grievance officer or the Data Protection Board of India.
1 Who is responsible for your data
Trianzor Private Limited (CIN U70200DL2026PTC460910, New Delhi) operates the FxLayer website and platform and is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy forms part of the Terms of use.
2 What we collect, and why
| What | Why | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Name, work email address, phone number | Your account, sign-in codes and support | You, at sign-up |
| PAN, IEC, GSTIN, company name and address | One workspace per company; invoices for your plan | You, at sign-up |
| Trade records: invoices, Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, remittances, party and bank details, the documents you attach | The service itself: matching, closure, letters, forms and registers | Your uploads, your ERP or bank connections |
| Documents and emails you choose to read with AI | Drafting and the Workbench inbox, only when an owner switches it on | You, with a recorded consent |
| Sign-in events and the activity log | Security, and the audit trail your bank and auditor ask for | Generated as you use the platform |
We do not collect anything from your browser beyond what the Cookies & browser storage page lists. There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this website.
3 Where it is kept
The platform runs on Google Cloud in the Mumbai region (asia-south1), so your trade and personal data stays in India. AI features — Workbench, document reading and AI drafting — send only the text you choose to the AI provider's cloud outside India, and only after an owner records consent in the workspace; the page says so each time.
4 Who else sees it
The processors we rely on to run the service: Google Cloud (hosting), Razorpay (payments), our email relay, and the AI provider when you use an AI feature. Partners you invite see only the pages you allow. Chartered accountants you engage through the CA filing directory see the worksheet and documents of the case you open with them. We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising.
5 How long we keep it
Trade records and their documents are kept for eight years after closure, the period FEMA and income-tax rules expect you to hold them; closed records show their retention date. A free workspace that has not moved to a plan within sixty days of its creation has its register data removed, as the Terms say. Account data is kept while your account exists and removed when you ask us in writing to close it, except what the law requires us to keep. A data wipe you request removes every transaction and attachment at once.
6 Your rights
- See what we hold about you and get a copy — every register exports to Excel from My Account.
- Correct or complete it.
- Erase it, subject to the retention the law requires.
- Withdraw a consent you gave, as easily as you gave it.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
- Complain to our grievance officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
7 Children
FxLayer is a business service for companies and their staff. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under eighteen.
